Q: What type of stainless steel does Qiqing use?
A: All our stainless steel drinking containers are made of a premium food-grade type 304 stainless steel containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel with documented raw materials testing. This material is chosen for its consistent quality and performance characteristics of not leaching chemicals, staining, corroding or rusting.

Q: What is the plastic in Qiqing drinking containers made of?
A: We use a tested #5 food-grade polypropylene (pp) in the lids and collars; #5 PP is a plastic with good durability and no known leaching characteristics.

Q: Can we use our own logo or designs?
A: Certainly. We can do the logos by using different printing processes: silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser engraving, air transfer printing, water transfer, embossed, electrical corrosion etc.

Usage Instructions & Precautions

Before First Use: Wash the bottle and lid thoroughly with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.

For Hot Beverages: Pre-heat the bottle by filling with hot water for 2-3 minutes, then empty and add your hot drink. This improves heat retention.

For Cold Beverages: Pre-chill by filling with cold water or adding ice cubes before filling.

Cleaning: Hand wash recommended. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Avoid submerging entire bottle in water for long periods.

Precautions: Do not microwave. Do not put in freezer. Do not fill with carbonated beverages as pressure may cause leaks. Keep out of reach of children when containing hot liquids. Ensure lid is securely closed before carrying.

Storage: Store with lid off when not in use to allow air circulation and prevent odors.
