How to Use Your Vacuum Flask

• Preheating/Precooling: For best thermal performance, rinse the flask with hot water (for hot drinks) or cold water (for cold drinks) before filling.
• Filling: Do not fill beyond the recommended capacity. Ensure the lid is tightly closed after filling.
• Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that may damage the powder coating. The lid is removable for easy cleaning.
• Not for Microwave: Do not microwave the flask or lid.
• Not for Freezer: Do not place in freezer as liquid expansion may damage the vacuum seal.
• Avoid Dropping: Although durable, dropping may dent the exterior and affect vacuum insulation.
• Leakproof Lid: Ensure the lid seal is clean and properly seated to maintain leakproof performance.
• Storage: Store with lid off when not in use to prevent odors.
